Our play systems use imported food-grade, non-toxic UV-stabilized LLDPE virgin plastic for slides and roofs, 114mm heavy galvanized steel pipes with powder coating for main support posts, and 304 Grade Stainless Steel anti-rust bolts.

EPDM rubber flooring provides critical shock absorption that prevents head, knee, and joint injuries if a child stumbles or falls from slides or swings. It is non-slip, all-weather, fast-draining, and available in vibrant custom colors.

For play equipment with deck heights up to 4 feet, a 25mm to 35mm EPDM rubber floor is recommended. For taller multi-play castle towers (6 feet to 10 feet deck heights), a 45mm to 50mm thick dual-layer EPDM floor is installed to meet international Critical Fall Height (CFH) safety ratings.

Yes! All plastic components feature UV-8 stabilizers to prevent sun fading, brittleness, and heat retention. All steel pipes are zinc-galvanized inside out to prevent internal rusting during heavy monsoons.

Civil foundation grouting and EPDM rubber flooring installation take 3 to 5 days, followed by 2 to 3 days of equipment assembly and safety inspection.
